I was nervous to leave my pup overnight because she’s never boarded before, but Dear Winnie made sure she had the best and most comfortable time! They kept an open line of communication from drop-off to pick-up, and sent me plenty of updates on how my girl was doing! I have been boarding Prince for a long time and I have never been so pleased. This is the Best Place. My baby was so happy there, and was being such a good boy. This was the 1st trip we didn't have to worry about him, eating, sleeping, or taking his anxiety medicine.  The daily pictures,  the daily text messages was an A+ for us.  The owners was so loving and made sure Prince was well taken care of,  and made him feel like he was at home. This is definitely his 2nd home away from home.  Please bring your fur babies here i promise you will not be disappointed.  We are so grateful for Dear Winnie. I really thank you guys for coming to Lake Charles, and giving our Fur Babies a home away from home. Prince fell in love with the Owners Mary and Patrick and he never left Winnie's side. The facility is so nice and clean . When you walk in you can’t even tell that dogs are in there because it smells so good . Perfect environment for a spoiled pup . My dog was comfortable and relaxed . I received a cute photo card . I love places that offer a unique service that fits my needs . Max will definitely be boarding here from now on .

We are so excited to have found this amazing doggie daycare and “not kennel”!  Our girl is so shy and timid and would be miserable in a kennel full of barking dogs.  I love how Dear Winnie works.  You get registered and your pup goes in for a few hours to make sure he/she is a good fit for everyone and after that you are good to go. You can do a day here and there, everyday or overnight or for a week. We have a trip coming up where she will stay with them for a number of days. So we are doing some daycare days to get our girl ready for her visit. She is doing great and Mary and Patrick are so patient with her. They are letting her introduce herself to the other pups there. She will send you videos and pictures of how your dog is doing and even send a picture home with you. I just love these updates and this makes us feel so much more comfortable! Finding this place is going to make our traveling so much better because our little girl will be hanging out on a couch in a living room just like she does at home and not stuck in a kennel and rotated out to potty. I encourage everyone to check it out and get registered. You never know what might come up. Our AC went out so we were able to bring her last minute so she wasn’t stuck in the 85 degree house. And she just seems to love it there! They also very much cater to the individual needs of your pup. And they feed them individually, alone, one at a time which I really like. It’s just great. It’s like you are leaving your pup with a friend who will be there hanging out with them all day!  They even sleep in the same room with them at night. Who could ask for more.

I had a phenomenal experience at Dear Winnie! My puppy is normally reactive and very anxious at daycares and she was calm and at ease throughout her stay here. Phenomenal staff that really cares for the pups.

I am so very lucky to have found this wonderful place, owned by two wonderful people—Mary and her husband. I can’t thank them enough for providing such a loving environment, which is clean and full of attention. My pup got to run around all day and play with his new friends. He got endless cuddles and attention. And the updates with photos & more throughout his 3-night stay there were the cherry on top. He was so well taken care of and had such a blast in a place that felt like home, he barely wanted to leave. I think he’s officially a member of the club!
